Nagpur : An 18-year-old student committed suicide by not taking the fees of the polytechnic course. This incident has created a tremendous turmoil in the parents, and the demonstration of the education fee is being expressed by the angry person for taking the victim's education. The deceased was identified as Shivam Atul Joshi (18, Gurgaon pillar).

Atul Joshi is a fruit-trading business. Shivam's mother does a private job. Shivam is a twin sister. She is studying. Shivam took admission in the Polytechnic course. The administration asked him to deposit the charge of 65 thousand rupees. However, the father could not deposit the fee due to lack of financial condition. He was frustrated. Was not going to school. Atul was sent to grandfather living in Nashik. A few days back, he returned to Nagpur. Because he could not deposit the fees of Polytechnic, he went to college to get his school leaving certificate. The college administration will not give the certificate of leaving school without depositing the full 65 thousand rupees, the college administration told him. So he was even more depressed. On Monday morning, Shivam tied the hook with a sari and tied it. The incident came to light around 10 am. Shivam's relatives split the thunder. Neighbors have accumulated. Kothwali Police Station Assistant Police Inspector K. D. Tiger and police arrived there. A farmer had given a letter to Atul to waive the fee.

Shivam's friend Akash Vasantha Sable (21, resident of MIG Quarter, Nandvanvan) committed suicide on September 27. It happened 13 days after his death on Monday.
